For the Evaluator

As an evaluator, you manage the evaluation process, configure profiles, and analyze results.

Steps for the Evaluator

    Log in to the admin panel at Administration > Login with your credentials

  2. 2

    Select or create the evaluation profile that matches the role you are assessing

  3. 3

    Generate a shareable evaluation link and send it to the candidate

  4. 4

    Wait for the candidate to complete the evaluation — you will see results in the admin panel

  5. 5

    Review the results: competency indices, assigned profiles, strengths, and growth areas

  6. 6

    Optionally, use Job-Fit analysis to compare the candidate against job requirements

  7. 7

    Export results as PDF or use the comparison tool to evaluate multiple candidates side by side

  • You can configure which tests to include when creating an evaluation link
  • Use the history section to track all past evaluations and filter by date or candidate
  • The AI analysis (when enabled) provides deeper insights and training recommendations

For the Candidate

Employee or Candidate being evaluated

As a candidate, you complete evaluations to showcase your competencies and receive personalized feedback.

Steps for the Candidate

    Open the evaluation link provided by your evaluator, or select a profile from the home page

  2. 2

    Fill in your basic information (name and email)

  3. 3

    Answer all questions honestly — there are no right or wrong answers for competency questions

  4. 4

    For timed tests (cognitive, aptitude), manage your time carefully — the timer is visible on screen

  5. 5

    For personality and DISC tests, choose the answer that best describes your natural behavior

  6. 6

    Submit your evaluation — results are generated automatically

  7. 7

    Review your results: you will see your competency scores, strengths, and personalized recommendations

  • Find a quiet environment with a stable internet connection before starting
  • Answer based on your actual behavior, not what you think is expected
  • You can download your results as a PDF for your records
